Filming of director of community experience and other site level partners, potential testimonials of residents, and footage of the communities. Target Duration: 2 min

Scope of work

Filming of a maintenance manager or other key figure with footage of communities and possible interviews with residents talking about their experiences with excellent maintenance services. Target Duration: 2 min

Goal: To convey the importance of timely service and provide a vision for how to treat people.

Price includes pre-production meeting to storyboard and brainstorm, filming, and up to three rounds of post production revisions. 

Timeline: Filming to begin early fourth quarter, with first draft of edits to be completed within 3 weeks of filming.
